• Trying to set up your profile and the system says that you already have an account? Tap the reset password and see if you get an email with a link to reset your password.

• Never got an email confirmation? Check your spam/junk folder. Didn't get a text confirmation? Sometimes mobile phones filter out what they think is spam texts. Try searching for "salon 307" in your messages and then save the contact. If you continue to have problems, please let us know and we will do our best to get it resolved.
