In an effort to grow my clientele and my business; sharing photos of my work on my website, social media and advertising is an essential aspect of my success. There may be times that I request photos (before/afters) of your hair to be used online and on various social media platforms. I would greatly appreciate your consent to use the images for the use of advertising my work. Please consent below for any future use of your imagery.

Please keep in mind that I am only one person and I value my family time as much as you do. Sometimes it’s late at night or early in the morning when I have time to respond and you don’t want your phone to wake you up ;)
Things happen and I understand the need for flexibility in my client's schedules and respect how valuable their time is. I make every attempt to accommodate client schedules and would ask that you, as a client, do the same. To make sure that scheduled appointments flow smoothly, clients will need to confirm, cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hour notice or a no-show will incur a $25 rebooking fee per service. The rebooking fee will be required before booking your next appointment. * New guests who no-show will not have the option to reschedule.
❗️Due to COVID-19, cancellation policy remains flexible until further notice.
What if I am running late? I will do my best to accommodate you, but if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule and be charged the $25 rebooking fee per service scheduled. If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know. My clients are scheduled back to back, which means if I start just one client late, every client after that will be seen late. Sometimes I can catch up, sometimes I can't depending on what type of service is scheduled after yours. After three appointments where you are late, there will be a late fee in the amount of $20 added to your service. ❗️
Due to safety considerations and limited space, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon without an appointment. The environment of a salon is meant to be a getaway from the stresses of daily life. In an effort to keep appointments relaxing, enjoyable and distraction free for everyone, I ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. In the event of no other options, they must be attended to by an adult who is not receiving services.
❗️At this time, we ask that no one accompanies you to hair appointment. The exception is if your child is receiving a hair service then a parent can come in as well.
If you are unhappy with your service, I ask that you let me know within 3 days. I need to know so I can do something about it. I always go out of my way to make my clients happy and when someone isn’t, I will do what it takes to make the situation better. With that being said, not achieving your desired final results in one visit, when we discussed in the consultation that it will require multiple visits, does not constitute a “re-do”. If there is an issue, I am always willing to make it right and leave you 100% happy with your hair.
