We want to let you know that our top priority is our clients and their safety. If you don’t feel comfortable coming in, we completely understand! 

 

We want the salon to be a place where people can get away, relax and have fun.

 

Just a few things to note about your future visit with us…

 

→ Please stay in your vehicle until you receive a text from your stylist/colorist that it’s ok for you to come in.

→ Salon Lofts has asked our guest to please wear a mask from the entrance to the salon space.

 

→ There will be no waiting area or magazines to flip through 🙁 

 

→ If you would like a beverage, one of us at the salon will get it for you.

 

→ If you need retail, one of us at the salon will pack it up for you.

 

❗️As stated from NC DHHS, “It is also strongly recommended that customers at personal care and grooming businesses wear a face covering at all times while in the business.”❗️

 

‼️ We are only allowed to work at an Emergency Maximum Capacity. This means that the salon can only have 3 people working and each of us can have one client at a time. This means that Adrena and Kaia can not have someone come in while you process with color on your hair. Because of this, appointment availability is restricted. We all have added additional days and hours to try and get everyone in as soon as possible. Please be patient with us.‼️

 

What are we doing as a business to ensure the safety of all of our clients?

 

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our salon and it shows! We were taking extra precautions prior to closing, but just to put your mind at ease…

 

✔️ We are making sure that station chairs are at least 6 feet apart.

 

✔️ Changing capes and sanitizing our tools after each client.

 

✔️ Washing our hands before and after each client.

 

✔️ Sanitize shampoo bowls and salon chairs after each client.

 

✔️ Frequent sanitation of high traffic areas (such as door knobs).

 

✔️ The salon has disposable masks if you in case you forget yours.

 

✔️ We have hand sanitizer.

 

✔️ The salon also has a Germ Guardian Air Purifier!

 

Us, your stylist or colorist, will be required to wear a mask. 

 

☞ Please note, no one else is to accompany you during your appointment time. The only time that this is allowed is a parent that is bringing their child (under the age of 12) in for a hair service.

 

☆ If you have been sick with a fever and/or cough, please contact us so we can get you rescheduled.

 

We are continuing to contact everyone about rescheduling appointments and appreciate your patience.
